We were looking forward to the 40 oz. Ribeye dinner and it did not disappoint! The staff was amazing as was the meal! Of course we took a lot of steak home! Great value and fun.

We waited almost an hour for our food. Our kids food came out first, which didn’t allow for us as adults to enjoy ours. Then they only brought out 2/4 adult meals so our food got cold while waiting for the other two dishes to arrive. One of my son’s orders were wrong as he did not want cheese on his cheeseburgers, we also asked for pickles on the burger which he didn’t get. I also asked for mayo on the side, but this was also forgotten. My dad asked the waitress 3 times for a refill on his drink before he got one. All our drinks were empty even though we asked for water twice. Had to get the manager to assist. Our plates were left on the table well after our meals were done and my boys weren’t even offered dessert even though it came with their meals. The fries in my dad’s meal were moist and not crispy, which left them uneaten. My mom’s cheesy garlic toast was forgotten and also not brought out. Highly disappointing service overall. Seems as though they were understaffed possibly? Not sure we will be back to this location.

i really loved my experience at canadian brewhouse it was a very fun place and i enjoyed being there and having a great time our waitress was amazing she looked so pretty and her service was so good

It was busy as it usually is on a Saturday evening when a hockey game is on! Sat us at a dirty table to start, we had a reservation for 8 and they sat us at a table for 6 with an extra chair so when we asked the girl about it she tried to tell me there was nothing they could do about it then the manager heard her and simply added a table to our bunch! Our waitress was nice and friendly she was just too busy to tend to us!! Most of us had steak special, it was gristle and fat but I guess that’s what you get with the special? We like Brewhouse but we won’t be back to that one

Service was extremely good with fun atmosphere for hockey game viewing! Food is ok but the drinks are amazing

Made a reservation for 4. They did not acknowledge the reservation. Sat us at a table right in front of entrance doors. We waited about 30 minutes before our order was taken. Many open used dirty tables. Our order showed up about 40-45 minutes later. Main problem: not enough staff/servers. Kitchen staff hopped in a little too late. Bar service was horrific. I think the bartender needed to Google all his drink recipes!!! Food quality has really deteriorated. Don’t believe me or my party will attend at this Brewhouse anytime soon!!! Good Luck

Love this place! Great place to meet up some friends to watch the game or just for a laugh. The Nachos are wicked!

The food and service was good. There was a mixup with the bill where we were overcharged. The bowling alley didn’t seem to function correctly.
