Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     They gave out party a private room which was absolutely amazing. Our waitress went above and beyond and the other severs was amazing too. The Hostess was able to accommodate adding four more people to our party and getting our reservation time moved up by 30mins on Christmas Eve. This will be one of our family dinner places.

    Wonderful spot made even more wonderful by our server Gustavo. Most recently we went for Christmas Eve dinner. My 11 year old son has celiac disease and is always incredibly concerned about kitchens not taking his need for gluten free food to heart. We told Gustavo about his gluten allergy right when we sat down and was as very understanding and accommodating and brought us a GF menu. Once our food arrived we noticed our son was not eating—we asked him why and he said he was worried about cross contamination. We pulled Gustavo aside and told him our son was concerned and struggling to eat and we asked if he could reassure him that his food was In fact GF. Sweet Gustavo went over to our son and talked to him about how the kitchen made accommodations for his food and the chef was aware and he pinky promised him (they did the handshake and all) that everything was in fact GF and that he made sure of it, checking multiple times with the kitchen staff. My husband and I literally started crying cause we were so moved by his sensitivity, attention and kindness to our son who is so insecure when we go out to eat. That kind of sensitivity and attention is not something you come across everyday and we are immensely grateful. All that to say The Capital Grille has now been added to our *very* short list of restaurants my son feels comfortable eating at!!!

    Great service, great food. This is a top tier restaurant. Though expensive, overall, it’s worth it for special events

    A great experience. Service and the food was exactly what one would expect from The Capital Grille-Exceptional. The noise level was good and the ambiance was very pleasant. A wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary!

    Our waiter today at Capital City Grille was honestly the best waiter I’ve had in years. Our food was delicious and the ambience was nice also. !

    Our server was amazing!!! He was fun and so lovely at explaining things and making our birthday dinner so very special! He really went above and beyond!
