Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The peppercorn cream sauce was bit over powering. Explained as would be on the bottom of the steak on the plate but instead the steak was smothered with the peppercorns. Sides were delicious but at the end of dinner they were out of cream brûlée at 830pm. For an expensive restaurant that is always full on the weekends running out food is not good. …

    Great food, fast service. Came in a few minutes before our reservation & we were at our table within 3 minutes.

    Valentines Day lunch for two. Food was excellent and the service (Spiro - our culinary guide) was exceptional. We had Calamari for an appetizer Then, we each had a salad…one lobster and the other tenderloin. Dessert - was cheesecake. We made future reservation for dinner before we left. Very happy.

    Enjoyed an afternoon lunch date on Valentines. The meal was great . Can’t say enough about our waiter, Jason. He was extremely attentive and engaging. Diffidently will be back and will ask for Jason’s table.

    The dining experience and atmosphere were outstanding. Spiro, our server, took our experience to the next level, energetic, knowledgeable and enjoyable. Our steaks were prepared perfectly to the exact temperature ordered. We will return for special occasions and request Spiro.

    I was pretty disappointed with our visit. We have been there a few times for my husband birthday and valentine date. I never write reviews, but this was a bad experience and hope they fix it from what I experienced. My steak was not cooked to my temp, one person took my steak and my server, had no idea where it was. When I got my steak back, it was overdone, and my husband was done with his meal, which was not even hot. I ended up just taking it home. They seemed to rush us out right after dinner, not asking if we wanted any after dinner drinks or anything. They did bring the birthday dessert out, but then the check was brought right after that. The server seemed to forget us, and really did not check back at all. I could possibly understand if it was a busy night, but this was a 5pm reservation on a Thursday. I probably will not dine there again. I hope they realize some people really take these special nights as maybe the only night they get out (especially if you have 4 kids) and we walked away unsatisfied and still hungry.
