Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Thanksgiving dinner was absolutely delicious. So much so that I wish the turkey dinner was on the menu all of the time. Heather, our waitress, was attentive but not intrusive; and very personable. Top notch! All staff were pleasant and welcoming. Thank you Capital for giving us a lovely Thanksgiving day.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration there yesterday. Everything was fantastic, food was delicious, fresh and tasty. The drinks also very good. The Pumpkin Cheesecake was out of this world. Our special table was beautifully decorated with dazzling sparkling Fall Thanksgiving decorations and a nice ambiance by a candle lamp. We had the pleasure of having our favorite server there, Pack. She is phenomenal, nice, pleasant, friendly, with a beautiful smile and on point with everything. She is always very attentive and we have nice conversation with her. She is the best! Awesome service all around at this restaurant, always. The House and our wonderful server offered us a Champagne Toast at the end, it was so nice and unexpected. Thank you for making our Holiday special and memorable. We'll be back again soon.

I made this reservation for my daughter and her boyfriend for their 1 year anniversary. They both raved about the service and care they were given- right from when they first got to Capital Grille- Dedham! I want to thank CG for taking great care of them! They said “they were made to feel like royalty or someone famous”- lol. Overall an EXCELLENT experience for these two! They were given a special “Anniversary” dessert- that they loved! THANK YOU!!

Great waitress. Bacon app, oysters, and drinks were delicious but the $75 ribeye was thin… the manager reached out and was very kind to rectify

The food was fantastic as was the service. It was our anniversary and we had hearts on the table and a beautiful note from The staff. Great dessert on the house! Would definitely recommend especially for a special occasion. They made it a special occasion for us!
