Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Sean was overwhelmed and wasn’t able to provide the level of service expected. Prefer a different server next time we dine.

Celebrated my birthday with delicious food and great service. Ended the meal with complimentary dessert for my birthday. That’s is the icing on the cake. Loved it.

This is our fourth Thanksgiving here. It’s always me, my friend and my two sons. Dad works. This year we were put in a back room with no ambiance. The manager went over to the other table and apologized for them being seated there and gave them free apps and never even came by our table to ask how we were. We spent over $400 and should have been treated the same. I felt unseen and by far our worst Thanksgiving this year there.

Fairfax location , managed by Ms Sarah Roth, is the epitome of nice dining. Wonderful ambience, fabulous steaks, great wine selection, professional and friendly staff. Our “go-to” restaurant for a great evening.

The food was delicious! We have dined here before but today was a different experience. They had a Thanksgiving menu and I asked to substitute corn for the green beans The answer was just no. I expected they would offer to do it for an up charge So finally I said I would buy it as another side dish. The waiter spilled coffee twice on the saucer while pouring it. He didn’t clean it or offer my husband a new napkin when he used his to clean it. The table had crumbs on it but they never cleaned the table which is usually done during the meal.

Raul was an excellent server. He was very friendly, courteous, attentive and personable. There was also a tremendous team effort from the entire staff, including the young man who brought us bread and the young woman who refilled our water glasses. Raul’s great customer service attitude along with delicious food made for an outstanding pre-Thanksgiving dining experience. Thank you all for a job well done!

The staff did a magnificent job and our recent dinner for seven!! Food was superb, the wine properly decanted, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!
