Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Excellent Christmas Eve meal! Even though they were very full, the service was excellent. The steak was perfect, the sides plentiful, and the cocktails well mixed.

    Not the best experience for our Christmas Eve dinner. I Ordered a steak medium rare. When the food came, my steak was overcooked. The waiter offered to make another one, I was happy with his attention, however I waited 23 minutes for my new steak. At this point, my husband had already eaten more than half his meal (I didn’t want him to wait as his would get cold) and the sides that we ordered were cold. The new steak came back charred on the outside, didn’t taste good at all. They did bring back more mushrooms, however, they were in a smaller plate than the initial one we ordered. We ordered potatoes and those weren’t replaced for me to enjoy eating warm, so I ate the cold ones that were sitting on the table. I was so sad we weren’t able to enjoy our meal together, as we look forward to this evening at Capital Grille every year. To add, I booked this reservation in early November. I requested booth seating and we were not honored this request upon arrival. These preferences should be highly considered a priority when someone books long in advance. Upon arrival, the valet was inside chatting amongst themselves, did not greet us or attempt to receive the car. We waited for a while before parking the car ourselves. I have to note, we weren’t charged for the meal and were given a gift in the amount of one more steak, which I appreciated, however, I’m not sure that we will return.

    Our table unfortunately and fortunately was in a corner near a drafty door. While it was a good spot as it was quiet, it was COLD. I don't understand why they don't have a curtain over that door as it wasn't marked as an emergency exit. Our entire group commented about the draft. Also service was good not great like we have had in the past. Seemed like it took longer for things. Probably because we were stuffed in that corner. This was our 2nd Xmas Eve celebrating there. If we come next year will for sure put some requests on my reservation. Food was excellent as always.

    It was my birthday as well as Christmas Eve. The table was decorated and I received a beautiful birthday dessert plate! They made the dinner perfect!

    Our first time at this location and it was as expected - delightful. Terrific service and food. A Christmas Eve experience to be remembered.

    Our wonderful evening got off to an excellent start when we were given the table I had requested - thank you so much for that! Everything after that was as great as we have come to expect from Capital Grill, attentive unobtrusive service, great cocktails and first class steaks. Our Christmas family get together was an enjoyable success because we picked the right place.

    We had a wonderful waiter, Andrew, who made the evening very enjoyable. The food, the ambience, and the service, were excellent and we will definitely be returning soon.

    We celebrated our daughter‘s birthday. Davis, our server made our evening wonderful. The entire staff made sure everything was perfect. Our steaks were prepared perfectly. Thank you for making our evening perfect

    We called twice before reservation and asked for a table in the main dining room. Both time we were assured that we would have a table in the main dining room. Unfortunately this did not happen and we sat in a side room next to an outside door. As we dined we could smell smoke and marijuana coming from the other side of the door. Not a great experience. Will be taking our holiday dining somewhere else next year.
