Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Danielle was our server and she was absolutely exceptional! She did an amazing job taking care of us and we’d ask to be taken care of by her again in the future. She’s a true professional and we appreciated her care during our visit. You are lucky to have her. Also Bart is an amazing manager. Our last experience with our server this past Christmas Eve was not the experience we are used to and Bart took great care to remedy the situation. We appreciated that he stopped by our table to check in this time and we enjoyed chatting with him. He is definitely an asset to The Capital Grille.

    I asked them to provide a fancy experience for me and my 7 year old daughter on a daddy daughter date. They cam through in spades. Lovely experience all around.

    My wife and I had great time dining at Capital Grille. Food, service, and ambiance was outstanding. The staff was excellent and made us feel at home. Great team!

    Always so helpful and accommodating Chef Mitch is such a wonderful person. He delivers all the expected steakhouse staples, but always has additional surprises.

    Our waitress, Shannen, is the best! We had a delightful celebration lunch. The menu has a nice offering and a great special of the day.

    My experience in the chicken was way too salty and didn’t want to tell the waiter because it’s not his fault. There is only 1 chicken dish and I had to turn it over and eat it from the bottom up because the top was coated with a layer of we of salt. I love this place but they need to not put so much salt on dishes and allow the customer to decide on the amount of salt they prefer in their food.

    My family and I dined there on 2-16-25 We had an excellent dining experience. There were 6 of us in our party. we were seated promptly and we got the round table we requested. Our waiter was Davis J. and he was outstanding. Very attentive. He was prompt, courteous and made us feel right at home. he did an excellent job and made our evening very special. All of our dinner selections were cooked perfectly. The appetizers were very good and both the Lobster bisque and New England Clam chowder soups were excellent.

    I had an excellent dining experience at The Capital Grille this evening. Our server, Molly, was more than hospitable and truly made the dining experience exceptional. Her attentive service and warm demeanor added a special touch to our meal. Thank you, Molly, for making our evening so memorable!
