Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our server, Erica was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and extremely professional and fun. We were seated at a LARGE corner table/booth and they had placed heart decorations and a Happy Anniversary card on our table. They also gave us a magnificent free dessert for our anniversary. The food was excellent. I had a surf and turf special with two 4oz tenderloin medallions and two 3oz lobster tails. My wife enjoyed scallops with lobster & asparagus risotto. Overall wonderful experience and we will definitely be returning.

    Michael was great providing just the right amount of service. The food was wonderful, we had the filet mignon, cesar salad, and au gratin potatoes.

    We were upgraded from bar seats to a table when we arrived. Our server Trey was absolutely outstanding. He ensured that a small issue from the kitchen was resolved and we were accommodated for the inconvenience. Manager checked in as well along with the server’s assistant apologizing for a late arriving side dish. Beyond the late side, our meal and the experience were both extremely pleasant.
