Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We've dined at Capital Grille many times in the main dining room but were looking for a lower-key experience tonight and had a great time trying the Waygu burger / wine night special. Our server, Herman, and his teammates were very attentive without being overbearing, and the burger and fries were absolutely delicious.

    A great experience. I had a couple of their signature Stoli Doli cocktails (pineapple infused vodka drink). These are tasty but dangerous because they are strong but I hardly taste the alcohol. I did not have any appetizers or salads to start. I skipped to the main course and ordered the 21 ounce bone-in ribeye. What an awesome steak that was. I also had a side of their soy glazed Brussel sprouts with bacon. I would highly recommend them. Overall I highly recommend Capital Grille.

    A great dinner with friends. Our service was superb (thanks Herman) and a shout out to the manager who is always kind and gracious to make sure everything is well. Excellent food, amazing staff!!

    Ordered the tuna medium well and confirmed this 3 times with our server only to have it arrive completely rare, almost raw. They took it back and attempted to recook it which absolutely ruined it, it was disgusting and still not cooked right! They offered to recook it a third time, no thanks. Mistakes happen, but how they handled it was really cheap and trashy to be honest. Would it bankrupt the restaurant to cook another piece of tuna the way it was ordered??? Maybe so cause they did everything possible to salvage it. For what they charge I would never recommend this place nor would I ever return.

    I come to this location frequently but this time we didn’t have a good experience. My sister & I dined in for her birthday. Our calamari came out cold, we waited 40 minutes on our server to check back as we watched him cater to other guest. We went 40 minutes without water refills. I had to place an order for a wedge salad with another server just for it to come out 30 minutes after. I never have issues when dining here. I was extremely disappointed this time.

    The food, service, and experience was 5 star as always. I love how they decorated the table for my wife's birthday.

    Our server Renee was wonderful. Surprisingly the food was a little bland. Chocolate cake was so good.

    We were celebrating our birthdays and our server Jenny made us feel so special. Food was delicious! Just a wonderful experience!

    As usual, Capital Grille did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the service was top notch - as usual. This is why we only go to Capital Grille for steak night dates! Try the lamb chops! **chef's kiss**
