Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. First time at Capital Grille. It was for our 21st anniversary. The booth we sat at was decorated with hearts and rose petals and the staff even had an anniversary card for us and a long stem rose doe me. Great service, the food was phenomenal. I’ve always heard people raving about Capital Grille, glad I finally got to experience it last night. Outstanding restaurant, great place for that “special occasion”.

You go to Capital Grille expecting a consistently high quality steak-centric meal and our experience with the new facility in Newtown is no exception to this standard of excellence. The service in particular was highly attentive. We were there for a birthday and the table was set with birthday confetti (there were a few birthdays being celebrated that night). Everyone was helpful with recommendations and following up to see if it turned out perfectly, which it did. I don't have a single piece of "constructive" feedback - just keep up the great experience. In case you were wondering, we had 4 people and 3 of them had a cocktail and we shared one dessert - our bill with tip was $535.

This was our first time at Capital Grille - what an amazing experience. Food was top notch. Our server, Kate, was awesome and knew her product VERY well. Great experience! Thank you!

Great food and staff. The ambiance was amazing. It is pricey but worth it especially for a special occasion.

This was our second time at this location. The first time it was outstanding. Our steaks were melt in your mouth delicious. We anticipated this visit. We were disappointed. We were seated in a booth in the bar area. It was noisy with a football game on. I should have stated main dining room on my reservation. There was no other table available. The Filets tonight (ordered medium) were tough for Filets. Mine was cooked to the correct temperature and my husband’s was more on the well side. It’s our second visit within a month and the inconsistency was quite noticeable. We have reservations in two weeks with friends. I’m hoping tonight was just an off night. If it wasn’t, our next visit will be the last to this location.

Had our anniversay dinner at Capitol Grille Newtown, PA. Everything was excellent. So nice to have such a quality restaurant close to home, with no need to travel to the city.

First and foremost, our waiter Michael completed the experience. The food was delicious and the overall experience was very enjoyable will definitely be back.

One of the best restaurants in which I’ve ever dined. Service is exceptional. The food is outstanding. Beverage choices are extensive. Most importantly, the staff makes you feel welcome and special every time.

We had a wonderful dinner at Capital Grille tonight. The food was fantastic and the staff great. Kyle was helpful picking out our meal, had necessary info for my daughter’s allergies and had the food out quick.
