Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. One of the best experiences at a restaurant. Since entering the restaurant you will feel welcomed and greeted by nice people. Food and drinks out of this world. Service on point , very knowledgeable about everything and always with a positive attitude. Great recommendations Overall 10/10

I was celebrating my birthday and I can’t believe how wonderful it was . Our server Danny was wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The food was amazing and I loved the special dessert that Danny brought to the table with a candle . He wished me a happy birthday numerous times and I will say that I can’t wait to go again and I will request Danny. Went home with enough food for another meal with dessert.

Finally, a restaurant in Newtown that delivers on both the food and the service — both were outstanding. The steaks were cooked to perfection and delicious, and Daniel gave us exceptional service. Well done!

First, the waiter (Danny) and his assistant (don’t recall his name) were great. Both attentive and super friendly. Unfortunately, between the wait staff and the truffle fries, those were the only positives. We were sat 15min late against our 6:30 reservation (wasn’t even that crowded). It took 25 minutes to get drinks and about 15 minutes to get bread. Dinner took another 45 minutes. The food was fine. Not great, not bad. The truffle fries were an exception. Then, we ordered desert and 2 coffees. The coffee didn’t come until we were done with the dessert. The restaurant did comp those, but clearly the reason we were sat late is that their food staff is underwhelming or understaffed. We were excited to try something new, but likely won’t be back. Given the cost, I’d expect way more. Thanks Danny for trying!

Elegant atmosphere. Food is outstanding. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Pricey, but if that is not a problem, well worth it.

No longer need to go to Center City to get a great steak and eat in a beautiful, classy restaurant. The food and service were superb. Fantastic cocktails. Great menu with a wide selection of appetizers and salads as well as entrees. Loved the wedge and the steak was prepared perfectly. Save room for dessert - highly recommend the coconut custard pie.

My wife and I had Christmas Eve dinner. While it was noisy because it was crowded, it was festive and a wonderful holiday experience. The food and service were excellent. They restaurant ran out of rolls and was baking more. They told us and we waited patiently. As we finished our drinks, hot rolls appeared at our table, freshly baked and delicious. This is our second time dining at the restaurant and they did not disappoint. My wife and I will definitely be back.

We were seated in a booth in the bar area—low noise level, excellent service-shout out to Joy! Food was fabulous and gluten free menu available. Expensive but worth it
