Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. The decor and ambiance are amazing, the service was stellar, the food was not only plated beautifully but was delicious and the wine was excellent. The Capital Grill was a wonderful experience with the pricing comparable to other upscale eateries.

                                                                                          first visit at this location (OKC) Monday nite. @7:15. Good crowd. Only one bartender. Very slow cocktail service...One wrong drink. Food was fine. Sliced Medium tenderloi wasn't Medium it was M-Rare bordering on rare. (cool & purplish) this is a Sliced Meat entree, it was obvious. Waiter whole hardheartedly agreed. Choose not to send back. Otherwise this Capital Grill is like others, quite well decorated. Pleasant AMBIANCE. Menu & the specials are all well curated.

                                                                                          Our experience at Capital Grille was perfect from the moment we walked into the door welcomed by the door person to the exquisite service and delicious foods! Our service person, Ashley, was a delight. She was very knowledgeable in assisting us with our meal choices as well as answering our questions about the facility itself. We will definitely return. The ambience was so quiet and beautiful, perfect for great conversations.
