Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Not our best experience at Capital Grill. Service/waiter was great but my bone in rib eye was very undersized (nowhere near 22oz) and way over salted to point I really could not eat it and scallops were really seared at all...

Tony, our server, was excellent. He welcomed us with a smile and was friendly. He knew when to check on us, and he was on point when he did so. The food was very good, well-seasoned. Tasty. We celebrated Valentine’s Day and were seated in a very nice booth, complete with festive confetti — lightly done — and a rose was presented to me. Just the right touch. The only suggestion I have is there be a few more low calorie side dishes offered. Most are creamed or cheesy. Delicious, but I would have preferred to have an option like roasted potatoes, for example. The prices are high, but overall, good value for the money. It is a very nice choice to celebrate a special occasion.

Solidified as my new favorite location. Capital Grille has a great reputation for style, service and quality so I’m not totally surprised by our great dinner today but I will say this location went above and beyond for Valentine’s Day! Special thanks to our server, Matt for being a rock star with attentiveness, great communication, friendliness and charm. He took care of us without missing a beat. We ordered the Filet and Lamb Chops both seasoned and cooked to perfect. Also the new style of lobster and crab cake was amazing with the right sear and amazing flavor. The lobster bisque was creamy and well seasoned and the sides were a homerun (Sautéed Spinach and Mashed Potatoes). Thank you Parsippany location for showing out and putting on a great show. Clean and classy ambience left us walking away saying money well spent. Lots of parking and easy to find location.

We had a great lunch But one thing really really disappointed that they forgot a wrap leftover fillet mignon…….

The steak was undercooked and we sent it back . It returned properly cooked but now the rest of the plate was overcooked
