Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. E un bel posto purtroppo però ogni volta che ci mangio la carne, dopo non riesco a digerirla per almeno 2 giorni. Si vede che la carne e di qualità ma il modo come viene preparata e condita e po esagerato.

Per usual, Capital Grille - Raleigh did not disappoint. Our server, Joi, was just that, joyful. Not only was she very engaging, Joi took the time to understand what we like and made excellent recommendations. Though we are frequent visitors, it takes skill to have repeat patrons find new favorites. I could list our menu options but just know whatever you choose, you won’t be disappointed. With that I’ll end with a dessert we’ve never tried and decided to give a shot because of Joi. The coconut cream pie. I’m not a pie fan but this was more like a cookie topped with coconut cream. Delish! Thank you for making our experience even better, Joi!

My lady and I had a wonderful experience this evening. The waitress was very attentive and the food was scrumptious. We had the sliced filet mignon, and their seared tenderloin with butter poach lobster, sauteed spinach and lobster mac and cheese. And to wash it down with some amazing Moscato. Everything was wonderful.

Capital Grille is the most outstanding special occasion restaurant in Raleigh. The food is exceptional and is consistently prepared just the way you wanted. The service is outstanding, particularly Bryan. There is always a large crowd of diners who always seem to be enjoying themselves and the dishes they selected. Bravo for an exceptional dining experience.

My husband and I enjoyed our evening out at the Capital Grille. It was the night after Valentine’s Day and it was perfect. It wasn’t busy and we didn’t have to wait long for anything. The waitress and her helper were very attentive to our needs. I mentioned to the ladies at the front that we were celebrating love and my husbands birthday and they had the table fixed up very cute with a card for him. He ordered the lamb chops and I ordered the bone in ribeye. Both were very tender and juicy and delicious. Our sides were the brussel sprouts and the mushrooms. They were both good choices and delicious. We will be back for the perfect service and the delicious food. Thank you Capital Grille staff for making our night our perfect.

Overall a very pleasant experience. Our waiter Johnathan was excellent. Very kind and helpful correcting a minor problem with the mushroom risotto and bringing back an excellent serving. The meals were great. Wife had scallops and I had pan seard chicken breast with mushroom risotto. They offered a special valentines dessert plate with the creme brullete cheesecake and espressos flour less chocolate torte bot exceptional and a rose for my lovely wife. Overall an excellent evening. Well worth a trip for special occasions as it is a bit pricey. Happy eating. 😊
