Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The service was top notch. Our server Derek was attentive but not overly so. The Wagyu burger was extra special and the glass of wine paired with it was just perfect. I would recommend the place for special occasions.

    The experience was everything we had hoped it would be. John was by far one of the best servers we have had. His recommendations were great. The wife had the prosciutto wrapped mozzarella (excellent) I had the the lobster and crab cake (phenomenal). For entrees she had the dry age NY Strip cooked to perfection. I had the Sea Bass with the Miso butter unbelievable flavor. Finished up with the crème brûlée and a cappuccino. Over all the experience was a wonderful evening with the wife. We will definitely be asking for John when we return.

    Went for lunch to enjoy the Wagyu burger and wine pairing which was very good. We were to have truffle fires however we were given regular fires that was promptly corrected. Service was a bit slow even thought the restaurant was not very busy at the time. Waitstaff was friendly and was eager to please. The only suggestion would be to be mindful of keeping the water glass replenished for guests and serving the wine and the food at an appropriate interval. This will come with experience and I offer this as a suggestion to assist the restaurant to achieve the level of service that the Capital Grill is known for.

    The food came out warm not hot and the bun was over toasted but growing pains of a new restaurant my steak was awesome and cooked to perfection

    Our waitstaff Micheal and Brian were outstanding, Very attentive and kind. My husband ordered the Scallop, Lobster, Asparagus Risotto, which only came with one piece of lobster and was $60. For that price there should be at least 3 pieces of lobster. The dish was still very good. I had the filet mignon which was excellent. The coconut pie and coffee were excellent. Overall, our experience was very enjoyable and we will be back. The manager was also going table to table to check in with each customer as well. We are so glad Capital Grille is in. NH!
