Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. We were celebrating New Year’s and had a lovely time. Food was great and the waiter (Grayson) was very attentive and helped us in our food and wine selection.

Delicious. We split the Gorgonzola covered strip and were impressed. Service great as expected from Capital.

We started in the bar while waiting for our reservation. Service was very very slow. Couldn’t get the attention of a bartender. Had to finally ask if we could use one of the bar tables marked as reserved.m as there were quite a few open despite being NYE. It wasn’t any busier than a Saturday night but even at a bar table, service for drinks was super slow. They had the air on so low it was freezing inside. They did finally turn it up a bit after asking. The spinach side dish tasted like a salt lick. We both had the filet and it was excellent. Our server Noel was very attentive and nice. Likely won’t be back to this location. We prefer the ambiance of the Plano location.

As always great food and service. New Years Eve is always busy and hectic. 6:30 Reservation and we were 15 min early. Even though there appeared to be some open tables we were not seated and sent to the bar where there were a few reserved and empty tables we had to stand and wait and then were seated within a minute or two of our reservation. Don’t get me wrong everything was great. Just seems odd they were so fixated on seating us at our time. We could have turned the table early for the next group. Oh well. It’s their restaurant. HNY all!

Capital Grille consistently delivers and last night was no different. The service was great from walking in the front door until we left. Laura S was an excellent server with a great personality! The food was tremendous, from the bread, to the french onion soup, to the burrata appetizer, to the steaks, and the sides. The mushrooms were not awesome, but they were fine. Desserts were excellent as well - the flourless espresso chocolate cake was tasty and the creme brulee, which was stellar. Restaurant is not quiet, but certainly not noisy either. A happy medium where we can talk without raising our voices. High marks for ambiance, service, and food.

It was a really nice NEW YEAR Eve dinner. Everyone was in the spirit and the food was good as always. I will come back again on our anniversary 1-11 🎉

We ate at Capital Grille for the first time for our Anniversary. We loved the added touch of table decorations and complimentary champagne and cheesecake, and the meal was great. The only concern we had was how long it took us to get our check. It seemed like the table assignments had our waiter in several parts of the dining area.

We were disappointed in the steak and lobster here. We preferred the Ft. Worth location for food and service.
