    Groups of 9 or more are required to dine on our set "Experience" menu. Join us for a 4-course meal that will impress you and leave you satisfied. We start off our menu with Korean fried cauliflower and blistered shishito peppers. Following this comes our smoked bacon Caesar and salmon tartare. Next is our "Pitmaster Platter" which includes; brisket, burnt ends, St. Louis style pork ribs, pulled pork, cheddar jalapeno sausage, and fried chicken. Accompanied with collard greens, coleslaw, pickles and crispy french fries. Finally, we serve you a delicious dessert platter of brownie bites, banoffee pie, caramel popcorn, candied bananas and a drizzle of caramel.

    Great food, nice atmosphere. Restrooms quite clean. Love the pit master platter and the dessert is excellent.

    the experience at carbon bar previously has always been really good but not quite there this visit . The food came luke warm and had a overwhelming smoke flavour , it was hard to taste the meat . In terms of service it was the usual , our waiter was very kind and attentive . The restaurant was not very busy for friday , but had a few large parties that were very loud , expected during the holidays .

    The food was fantastic (albeit on the spendy side), the ambiance is cool and I love the industrial vibe, but I wouldn’t return. We had the jalapeño poppers which were really good, my wife had the 12oz ribeye steak (which was fantastic and cooked to perfection) and I had the brisket, also very good. My fries were WAAAAY overcooked tho. Also was disappointed at the lack of veggie options…it was basically collard greens, fries or Brussels sprouts. The Brussels sprouts were really good. Also we wanted a bottle of Primativo but they didn’t have it in stock…you’d think they’d be prepared on a Friday night. Oh well the Cannonball was an acceptable alternative. But the waitress was horrible. She completely forgot about us. It took forever for her to take our appetizer order, and when she finally did, she didn’t come back to take our order for the entrees until well after we finished our appetizer, which also came out slow. We were there over 2h and only ordered an appetizer, 2 mains and a bottle of wine. It was kind of ridiculous that it took so long.

    Really loved the dinner last night with my Dad. The only complaint is that the noise was so loud. It felt like we had to yell to talk to one another. The dessert could be more substantial, we were stuffed but the end you’re served tiny two bites. It didn’t seem to follow the trend with the other courses.

    We got there early enough to take advantage of happy hour and had some oysters and brisket sliders that were excellent. The meals were very generous. I had ribs that were very good. We sat at the bar and the server was very attentive and pleasant. Bar stools were a bit slippery but that was the only negative.
