   Excellent. Birdie was attentive without being overbearing. Happy hr menu is varied and delicious.

   Best restaurant in Breckenridge. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Food is outstanding. Have had the duck, branzino, shrimp and crab pasta. All great but pasta is special.

   We had a lovely dinner at The Carlin. It is a beautiful restaurant on the inside, with attentive staff and comfortable seating. Our table had the roasted oysters, shrimp cocktail, sirloin, and salmon. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the suggested wine pairing was delicious, too. Our server, Emilia, was delightful and helpful and made us feel very welcome. A special place for a night out making memories with good friends!

   Very interesting food. All the dishes had great flavor and presentation. Service was great and the staff were very friendly. A great variety of starters and entrees.

   Excellent menu selections. Food is fantastic. We are not from the area, but liked it so much the first night that we went again the following night. We loved everything we ordered. Quality food , well prepared and delicious. They bring the food to your table as soon as it is prepared so it’s still hot. Both of our servers, Amelia and Brittany, were helpful and attentive. Comfortable dining room with a nice low key atmosphere. Highly recommend.

    Service and food were slow, we enjoyed our cocktails, the tuna and fresh oysters. I think we’d give this restaurant another try!
