The story of our beginnings was forged back in our home county of Kilkenny in the South East of Ireland. We grew up surrounded by Castles our whole life. Kilkenny Castle is to this day, one of the most famous castles in the world, and was also the medieval capital of Ireland.
The Hoynes have been running pubs for hundreds of years. Our great grandparents ran a thriving pub/grocers/hardware store in our hometown of Thomastown. Providing hospitality is in our DNA. Our mission is to provide legendary Irish hospitality to each of our guests that comes through our doors. We strive to provide the most authentic Irish experience that we can.
