We are a true authentic Irish Pub and Restaurant. We had our entire bar and interior decor designed and created back home in Ireland. Our mission is to provide the best in Irish hospitality to every single guest that walks in. We have a large array of fine Irish spirits and ales, as well as local favorites. Our cuisine is a blend of traditional Irish, with a mix of Floridian flavors.

                                                              • The story of our beginnings was forged back in our home county of Kilkenny in the South East of Ireland. We grew up surrounded by Castles our whole life. Kilkenny Castle is to this day, one of the most famous castles in the world, and was also the medieval capital of Ireland.

                                                                • The Hoynes have been running pubs for hundreds of years. Our great grandparents ran a thriving pub/grocers/hardware store in our hometown of Thomastown. Providing hospitality is in our DNA. Our mission is to provide legendary Irish hospitality to each of our guests that comes through our doors. We strive to provide the most authentic Irish experience that we can.

                                                                        Amazing time ringing in the New Year at 7pm (Ireland's midnight). Musician was great, the drinks are on point, curry chips were a pleasant surprise(could not stop eating them). The owner Shane and his wife are so welcoming. This will be our New Year's tradition. Our go to place for any celebration

                                                                        Many Irish pubs claim to have authentic Irish food but they fall short!!! This place has the most authentic Irish food outside of Ireland. Service is wonderful and the owner, from Ireland, is so friendly and eager to please! Will definitely visit the next time we are in Orlando!

                                                                        We’ve been looking for a good Irish pub in the Orlando area, and this was definitely it. I think I said this is “sooo good” about 10 times as I ate my Reuben. We will be back many times.

                                                                        We loved the food on our first visit, however last night the food was mediocre. Fish and chips crunchy outside but mushy inside. Shepherds pie was ok not outstanding. Brussels sprouts appetizer and soda bread were very good. Great server. Pretty loud inside.

                                                                        The Castle has all the attitude you would like in an Irish Pub. Dark wood, great bar, various spaces with the bar area, main dining and the snug lounge. For those that like an atmosphere that is fun and lively for grownups to chat, watch sports, and raise a pint, this place is not bad. BUT, if you are looking for food, this place did not offer anything I could recommend. Before going, I had asked a friend about it as he had visited. He knows food and said it was not great. I will always trust but verify. The fish and chips had zero flavor and were very greasy. The fries were just typical frozen variety. The Irish Stew was lifeless and the meat chewy. My wife knew there was a problem when I used salt and pepper. It needed an AED to try and bring life into it. Maybe the burgers are better. Pints and friends. Good call. Hungry, eat before you go!

                                                                        We arrived 20 minutes early and were seated promptly. We ordered drinks and appetizers from our server Ethan. Our dinners were ordered when the apps came. They were served after we were finished with the appetizers and the table had been cleared. We tasted bites of each other’s meals. The Shepherds pie and Irish stew were the favorites at the table. The fish dinners were good, too, with a large portion. We would have stayed for dessert but had tickets for a show at Kia Arena.

                                                                        Fantastic pub experience in Orlando. Very clean, comfortable environment with a variety of seating options and very nicely decorated. The menu is varied with typical pub items but also a variety of non-standard fare and the kitchen does a great job as the food is well prepared and tasty. Of course, the most important element of an Irish pub is its ability to delivery a quality pint of Guinness and the Castle proudly delivery a very high quality pint. Service is great and would recommend you request Kareem. He knows the menu, is friendly and timely, and makes sure all is well. Sunday after it hosts a seisiún (live Irish music).

                                                                        Service was wonderful especially considering how busy they were the night we went. I absolutely loved the Irish stew and the seafood chowder was super yummy! They are a friendly group and care. I was really impressed and I will definitely return. Try it. Best pub in Orlando!!!
