Service and food were very good. Delicious bread served with meal. Lobster bisque was wonderful with chunks of succulent lobster meat.

Our dinner this evening was a very special experience. From the moment we entered was greeted with beautiful smiles and nice words. Our salad to our Lasagna was delicious. I highly recommend visiting this upscale restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

Food preparation wasn’t to it’s best, 7 different dishes with only one that was satisfactory Hope that the Chef knows his overall preparation and knowledge on his services, as for this time it was unacceptable.

Sebring finally has a fine dining restaurant! The ambiance was very nice and the service was spot on. Our Lobster Bisque was the best ever and the Pistachio Crusted COD was delicious. Very nice wine selection too. Such a pleasant evening with a first class meal.

We have been anxiously awaiting the opening of The Cellar. Living in a rural area, the closest large cities are about an hour away. Cellar brings a polished restaurant to our area. Not only is the food and choice of dishes excellent, the wait staff has been very well trained to provide top notch service. Living here among many retirees, and part time residents, I must say I hope the restaurant can sustain business and continue to be a fixture in the community for years to come. The appetizers, calamari and steamed littleneck clams were both excellent. Winnie also got the beet salad with goat cheese. For main dish, I had the veal Oscar. The lump crab, bernaise sauce and asparagus were great as was the real veal, not veal patty. All in all, we highly recommend Cellar. We hope you give it a try, and we will be back.

THE CELLAR GRILLE was absolutely amazing last night. Everything was perfect from the staff to the menu and atmosphere. I highly suggest the butternut squash ravioli (trust me it’s amazing). The chicken Marsala was great and the bolognese sauce was perfection. We followed dinner up with complimentary limoncello shots made in house. Sebring really needed an upscale dining experience and the cellar nailed it! They are still reservation only through OpenTable as they are still training staff and getting everything perfect for your visit! Shout out to Sabrina our waitress and Eddie the general manager for such an excellent experience

First time here. When we walked in, we were greeted by not just the overall ambiance but by 2 smiling hostesses. Everything from appetizers to our main course was served professionally and cooked to perfection. This restaurant is a wonderful addition to Sebring with the crisp white tablecloths and the servers who obviously have a desire to do their job well. We look forward to many more meals there.
