   Really enjoyed our brunch today at The Chapman. The service was personable and we never felt rushed. The manager visited our table which was unexpected, and we enjoyed the back room decor!

   Service was fabulous! I didn’t even mention it was my birthday but they must’ve seen from my OpenTable profile or something but they were so sweet, wrote me a birthday card that was on the table and brought a yummy dessert! The food we ordered was all amazing as well!

   Last night was our first time dining with friends at The Chapman. The atmosphere is perfect, the interior so nice, the noise level is perfect, no too loud like other restaurants that are so loud you can barely hear the person next to you. Our server was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, unfortunately I don’t remember her name. The food was very good! We had the crab cake as a starter and the fish of the day as entree. They were both delicious and not heavy with sauces. The dishes felt light and healthy. We would definitely be going back there.

   The food was fabulous. Our waiter was the best ~ made suggestions, checked with us on our servings, made us feel we were his top priority. The weather was warm but a fan loved above kept us feeling comfortable while dining outside.

   Went here for brunch and wanted to try a new restaurant in the winter park area. And I was greeted by the server Lauren and she was awesome and I took her recommendation for the bang bang lion mane and it didn’t taste like mushroom honestly it tasted like chicken but was so good! For cocktail got the Florida 75 and got the steak and eggs and everything was good! You can eat outside but I preferred to sit inside since it’s hot outside! Overall I would recommend this spot if you are the winter park area!

   Our recent dinner at The Chapman marked our fourth visit—and once again, it reminded us why we keep coming back. This place is a gem. While the food took a little longer than usual to arrive, we were so caught up in great wine and even better conversation that we didn’t mind at all. The ambiance at The Chapman makes it easy to settle in and savor the moment. What truly stood out was the attentiveness of the staff, especially the manager, Alexis. She personally came over to apologize for the delay—something we hadn’t even noticed or been bothered by. Her professionalism and kindness were genuine and refreshing. Without any prompting or complaint from us, she generously comped two of our appetizers—a gesture that was both unexpected and incredibly thoughtful. The Chapman has been great addition to Park Ave.

    Our server Kayla was amazing. It was our first time there so she gave a little history of the family and restaurant. She was very attentive and checked on us regularly but not too much. The rib eye was the best I’ve had at any restaurant I’ve been too. Flavorful, tender and perfectly cooked. The pork loin was also tender and full of flavor. I will definitely be back.
