   It’s a cute restaurant but service was alright. The waitress didn’t even acknowledge my birthday. Food was good but not the experience I was expecting for the prices. Probably would not go back

   Our waitress De'Annah was amazing with great recommendations for drinks and food!! Also, the playlist was lit lol

   Really lovely. Super nice staff ,great decor and delicious food. They really paid attention in designing the space. We sat outside on the patio and loved every minute. A new favorite place, and they are opened late on the weekends. Always looking for great late night spaces. Definitely a new favorite place. Charles Santos

   We made a reservation, but arrived early due to unforeseen circumstances. They were gracious enough to get us seated early! Our server was personable and thorough with the menu. The food and drinks were great. As a GM of a local restaurant, I am usually pretty critical (lol) but this place really impresses me. Oh, let me also add… I loved the host! She was so professional and had great communication. Thanks for a wonderful date night.

   Decor and inside is nice and pleasant. There was a private party upstairs (no noise) so balcony was not available. Large 10+ group on patio, so patio not available. We selected the Ribeye starter - choice of only prepared medium or medium well… unfortunately at medium it was far too cooked… they should offer medium-rare. Service was polite, albeit a bit slow to attend. Valet was excellent.

   Very accommodating, what we ordered was interesting however it’s just the style of food! Overall it was really good. Just have their own twist on certain dishes that makes it unique. Great drinks, great ambiance, great customer service

   I was genuinely looking forward to checking out The Charlotte, but the experience fell flat—fast. We were seated upstairs, and the vibe just wasn’t what I expected. It felt off from the start. We ordered drinks and waited over 20 minutes for them to arrive. When they finally did, two were completely wrong. Honestly, whoever is behind the bar needs some serious retraining—especially if you’re going to charge $20 per drink. That’s just ridiculous. We gave it another shot, but the drinks came out wrong again. At that point, I gave up and asked for an Aperol Spritz… and got a glass that tasted like 90% Aperol. I didn’t even drink it, just paid for it and moved on. We ordered a few appetizers to try and salvage the night, and the food was okay—not bad, but definitely not enough to make up for the chaos. Between the slow service, repeated mistakes, and overpriced drinks, it was a frustrating experience overall. We ended up heading to Barcelona afterward, which—as always—was a breath of fresh air: great vibes, great food, and reliable service.

    It was our first time dining at The Charlotte and the entire staff was super friendly and accommodating. We were able to be seated (running late for reservations but their phone was not working for me to let them know) after half our party showed up. While waiting, me and a friend decided to grab a drink and calamari at the bar and the bartender was so nice! The host and the waitress made sure we were able to still have our table and was sat down immediately after the rest of the party came. The food came out super fast and was delicious as well as their drinks. During our time, the manager had told us she was moving us to another table and comped another round of food (that was thrown away and then some) as well as drinks to accommodate some VIPs who were showing up. Overall, our first impression was exceeded and this is our spot now! Good music, friendly staff and a super cute atmosphere for anyone
