See Yelp review which is quite lengthy. In a nutshell, the service was disastrous, the place was so loud you couldn’t hear to talk, the food was only mediocre with too high of a price point.

Pricy for amount of food given. Valet was horrible couldn’t find my car after I gave time before leaving and asked if keys were mine even though you get a ticket number and still brought the wrong vehicle. Service could be better we had another server bring items requested that should’ve been asked if were needed with meal. Floors were slippery as well.

Unfortunately pretty disappointed with The Charlotte and will not be back. Our reservation was at 8:00. We were not seated until 9:00. Something about the patio being closed due to the rain. As if anyone would’ve wanted to sit outside in 45 degree weather anyways! Why was this not planned for? They offered complimentary champagne while we waited, but at that rate, we should’ve had appetizers comped as well. The artichoke dip was good, but they charged us extra for a chip refill which we didn’t even ask for? It was hot, cramped, loud, & music did not match the Christmas vibe. I can’t figure out if this place is trying to be the next Hudson House or a night club. Food was good but the pricing was the same as any other elevated restaurant in Dallas. Not worth the time or the hassle.

We absolutely enjoyed everything about this establishment!! The food was absolutely amazing! The happy hour is superb! The service was outstanding!!! Don’t change a thing! We will definitely be back!

One of the my best restaurant experiences in Dallas, and I have lived here for 10 years. Good vibes , great food!
