THE CHATHAM CUT offers an especially unique, intimate dining experience.

We specialize in freshly-cut meats. Our steaks are freshly-cut every day.

The Chatham Cut does NOT use pre-packaged previously cut pre-weighed plastic-wrapped meat, or cook our steaks using the "Sous Vide," method as many other non-specialist restaurants do. Every "Cut," is fresh, which offers the special flavor profile our guests have searched for.

Our offerings are prepared in the true steakhouse old-world tradition. Side options are also steakhouse traditional, with fresh vegetables as well as loaded baked potatoes.

For those who love seafood, we offer our oysters, sourced from within walking distance and many exciting spins on traditional offerings. The Cut's Yellowfin Tuna is popular as a Tartar as well as our Sushi-Grade Entree.

My steak was overcooked and cold. My husband’s short ribs were dry. The waitress was delightful.

The Cut is always consistently good. The restaurant has evolved from a pure steak house to something that offers something for everyone. The specials always include a beautiful fish option . The service is friendly and the environment allows for a quiet discussion at the table but with a convivial vibe stemming from the open bar area . A nice option in Chatham for a quality meal in a nice environment.

Last nights dinner was a bit disappointing. Filet had to be sent back due to lukewarm temp. Sole Francaise was OK, but coating was too "eggy" which overtook the flavor of the fish. Burrata starter was excellent as was our server. Nice menu; hope our next visit will be better.

Top notch food and service. Everything was delicious from the appetizers to the side dishes to the main courses. Cooked to perfection and simply delicious. We will definitely be back when they re open in April.

As always the Chatham cut didn’t disappoint we love going there Matt and staff are awesome. Unfortunately I do have a concern. This time, we were lucky enough to dine there on thanksgiving from that time to last evening our martinis have gone up $4.00 which I believe is gouging the glasses are small to begin with is new management in place ?????? Would be a shame if this wonderful place started to price itself out.

I had the prime rib, cooked to perfection and a generous portion. App and desert were better than I had anticipated. Our waitress was exceptional. We eat out frequently and would gladly eat here again.

It was a very nice experience, but it was not wow. I like much better their sister restaurant Patés. The pre fix menu was very well presented, very generous portions. The lobster ravioli from a la carte were very good flavors, very fresh and full of lobster. Cocktails were delicious but a little bit over price.
