Established in 1992 by Mike Connor with the help of family and friends, The Chop House® has become one of the premier casual restaurant concepts in the Southeast, with 12 locations spread across 4 states.

    We had a reservation for 10 plus a one year old and everything was great! The food was great and our server Hannah was super sweet!

    The service was attentive but not too much, the food was slow to come out. My shrimp was a little tough and the pasta too firm. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meal and had no complaints. The bread was overcooked and tough to cut. I always enjoy coming here, but I have had better food in previous meals. Even on a less than ideal day, it’s still very good. Thank you.

    Food was sub par as it was so busy. They sat us in the back with a party of 30 plus people next to us. We could not even hear each other much less communicate with our server. Parties that large should be in a room to themselves as not to disturb smaller parties. Very disappointed as I have been eating at this location for years.

    Grouper was thin and dry. Meatballs and prime rib were fantastic but they ran out of prime rib at 6:30 on a Saturday night so our whole table could not order it😞

    We had a reservation 630 didn’t get seated til 645 ordered our drinks and appetizers then about 700 took our food order and came back 710 to tell us they ran out of prime rib 15 min ago and that’s what we ordered so we canceled paid the check and left

    How we were greeted upon arrival, the service and our food was excellent. Owen was our server and he was very pleasant and attentive. There was a slight mix-up in the kitchen that resulted in having our main entree delivered to our table prior to our dinner salad, however, in no way did it take away from the overall experience for my wife and I....minor things happen. I only mention it here because of how The Chop House handled the error. The apologies followed very quickly from staff members, including a manager, who removed the cost of the salads from our bill. Although no complaints from us, The Chop House handled the situation by making it right immediately. We will most definitely return.

    The wife and I have eaten at this location multiple times. Once again it was perfect!

    Too dimly lit, could barely see our steaks to cut them. Manager said they get complaints every day for the particular table we were seated at. Well then, you know it must be a problem. Fix it! Other than the lighting, everything else was wonderful.
