we had such a lovely meal we had the lunch menu and was value for money will def be going back for an evening meal . the staff were very attentive and polite

Atmosphere was terrible. Loud guests....overly so. Hiphop playing, which really didnt match the venue. Food order came out in bits and peices and had food items missing. Service to start was slow, with drinks order taking 20mins after arrival, and then a further 20mins after that to take our main order because they had a large party. Main course took an age to come again because they were busy.... Smoke from outside smokers wafted in the main doors and into the restaurant. Waitresses were pleasent and couldnt do enough to help, but the whole experience left alot to be desired. Will not be returning and certainly would not recommend. Shame, as the venue has potential. The menu was a litte OTT....example meal was lamb and anchovies?!

Really welcoming, the meal was fantastic, amazing presentation of food, excellent service just need to encourage more people to come out and enjoy these little gems of Northampton during the week

Booked a table for 7:15 and weren’t seated until 8pm...left waiting in the bar area because of a large table in the restaurant. Food was very good....once we were fed.

The food was lovely but we had a table booked for 8.30 and we had to ask at 9pm for menus as nobody even acknowledged our table.

Amazing food, with the best flavouring we've tasted for a long while. Fantastic venue and staff who really look after you. To top it all the value for money is arguably the best. We went 12 months ago and we thought it was good then - now it has that top London restaurant experience as well. Well done to the Church team 10/10

Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life after being left waiting an hour nearly and pointed at I would never visit again such a bad experience

In story we had a table booked for 8:15pm for 4 people (not 2), by 10pm we hadn’t had as much as a starter so we left without eating & very hungry!!

Waited a very long time for our food order to be taken, we was there to celebrate 2 year anniversary, and we have a child on the way so was very excited to try the church but was very disappointed, took over an hour to get food then the food was incorrect then was only offered 10% off which I didn’t think was enough as we where there for three hours.
