Set in an unassuming blue house with a storied history, The Classic serves globally-inspired menu items, prepared with farm-quality ingredients by a creative and collaborative kitchen team. The menu of fresh seafood, premium steaks and pastas includes items that follow the seasons, as fruits and vegetables ripen in The Classic’s on-site garden. The Classic offers a full bar, craft cocktails, and a wine list carefully selected to complement the menu. Live classical guitar with a rock twist can be heard in the bar on Friday and Saturday nights.

Service at The Classic is warm, professional and knowledgeable – a place where guests are recognized and treated like family. Quaint and relaxing ambience is highlighted with pops of colorful modern art by acclaimed artist Carolyn Riegelman.

In addition to in-house dining, The Classic offers curbside pick-up and local delivery of regular menu items as well as to-go-only blue plate specials, take-and-bake options, wine, and cocktails.

    The Classic Cafe is always excellent for food, very friendly efficient service and ambience. It has been our go-to local restaurant for many years and will continue to be that.

    We’ve been wanting to try this place for a while, just hadn’t made it- wish we would have tried sooner. Excellent food, wonderful service. Definitely worth you time.

    This food was phenomenal. The service was over the top. It was a nice old house, repurposed as a restaurant. It was a great experience. They made this a very special and memorable meal.

    Classic was amazing. They were celebrating 32 years with a 3 course dinner. Everything was delicious. We had the roasted garlic with goat cheese dip, salads, and the steak medallions. The blueberry buttermilk pie was fantastic. Classic Cafe is a local treasure.

    It’s been 2 years since we were at Classic. All the same friendly faces……..no staff turnover. Everything was excellent.

    Love this restaurant— excellent food and service too! Have been twice and will be back. Today’s dinner was somewhat impacted by increased noise level from a well mannered large table nearby. We liked the low key, quiet dining environment we enjoyed during our prior visit. Happy to see the restaurant so busy!
