   My wife and I went for a date night recently and the experience from start to finish was exceptional. As we are more adventurous eaters we chose the 5 course chef's choice tasting menu. Everything we had, from Sablefish, to Lobster Ravioli and Tenderloin was perfectly cooked. The husband and wife team running the show were both excellent in their roles. The husband running the front of house hosting, bartending, serving, while his wife was preparing the amazing food and bringing it to the table. Highly recommend.

   We did the 7 course chefs tasting menu and we were not disappointed! The serving were just the perfect size so you didn’t leave stuffed but yet filling. Our host was extremely good and took care of the entire restaurant with grace and attention. We were constantly amazed with each course ! Our favourites were the lobster bisque, beef tartar which was served with a smoking glass vessel that gave it that extra flavour we’ve never experienced before as well as our final entree which was a perfectly done beef tenderloin! We were looking for a dessert wine and they had some incredible Port and a gorgeous French dessert wine. We will most definitely be back !!!

   Filet Wellington was superb. Creppe suzette was also incredible and the experience of having it made flambe' by our table was a great plus to the evening.

   Had the 5 course experience. The lambchop was a standout. Cocktails were incredible. Nice to not have to choose your meal.

   This restaurant is located in a cute area in Kensington. The dinning area is small but the setting is very cozy and beautiful. We dinned on Valentine’s Day, the weather was bad, there was a lot of traffic and we were running terribly late so we called ahead to inform them and order ahead and they graciously accommodated that. The service was top notch and everyone was great. I had the lamb dish which I thoroughly enjoyed but my husband had the salmon and we felt it was a little dry and could have been better with sauce. Overall a great experience and I would recommend this place to others.

   Showed up early and was welcomed, seated and served first drink, coconut margaritas within minutes. Husband and wife establishment and you could feel the family type atmosphere. It’s a place that you go once and then it will be your go to from then on. Great location.

   Amazing food, service, and an atmosphere that is both comfortably chill and elegantly European-inspired. We had dinner here for my birthday and everything blew us away (the pomme puree was probably the best we've ever had, and we've had A LOT in our time). The cocktails were fantastic, wine selection was solid, and the tableside Caesar should not be missed; very few places in the city offer that anymore and at The Continental it's done in a proper wooden bowl. We'll definitely be visiting again!

I knew I was in for a treat from the first sip of my expertly crafted cocktail. The restaurant’s cocktail and wine selection is thoughtfully curated, perfectly balancing classic and innovative options. The sommelier’s recommendations were spot-on, enhancing each dish without overpowering the flavour. The duck was nothing short of perfection—crispy, golden skin enveloping tender, juicy meat cooked to ideal doneness. Each bite was rich, flavorful, and complemented beautifully by the carefully selected accompaniments. The attention to detail in preparation and presentation was evident, making it a standout evening dish. The chicken dish was another highlight, proving that simplicity can be just as remarkable as complexity when done right. Moist, well-seasoned, and expertly cooked, it showcased the kitchen’s mastery over classic techniques and high-quality ingredients. A true showstopper of the evening was the Crêpe Suzette, prepared tableside with theatrical flair. Watching the delicate crêpes flambéed in a fragrant, citrusy Grand Marnier sauce mesmerizing. The final dish was nothing short of divine—silky, warm, and bursting with bright, caramelized orange flavours that provided the perfect sweet ending to an already outstanding meal.
