Housed in the restored 19th century Victoria Quarter, The Cut & Craft Leeds is a beautiful restaurant with historic features and a show-stopping central cocktail bar.

Open every day serving lunch and dinner, with brunch and roasts on the weekend, you can expect elegant interiors in a building rich with character and a lively, vibrant atmosphere.

Named 'Restaurant of the Year' at the Yorkshire National Business Hero Awards in 2023 and 2024, The Cut & Craft combines contemporary steak and seafood dishes with a premium list of locally-crafted drinks.

We have an extensive food menu all made freshly on site including our signature flat iron steak, prepared by our very own in-house butcher.

We also regularly host brunches and special events with brands like Whispering Angel, Moët & Chandon, Charlotte Tilbury, NARS and more.

The Sunday Lunch was first class and presentation was good and quality was great and the Beef was very tasty and cooked to perfection

We had the sharing Sunday roast and it was outstanding. This was the best Sunday roast we have had for sometime. The meat was well cooked, despite some pink near the bone on the chicken. The vegetables were cooked perfectly and super tasty. Drinks were good. Service was not as good; it took approximately 10-15 minutes for our server to take our order, I then asked him for some mustard and we never saw him again. We had to ask a host for the mustard after he asked if everything was ok. The original server was replaced by another, who was great, informative and attentive. I’m not sure if there was a shift change but if that was the case it was obvious to us as customers- which I don’t think should happen.

This was our first visit to cut and craft in Leeds and we were not disappointed. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the service was good, the food was gorgeous and the surroundings were plush and clean

Celebrating my husbands 50th Birthday food was lovely but service was poor. Really slow with drinks one of our party didn't get the right food so had to wait for her dish. Last time she was there the service was poor too so she won't be returning. Menu could be better aswell.

Brilliant experience for the second time this week. Staff look after you so well, great recommendations provided by Matt regarding the redefined flank steak and lovely smiley faces all round by staff at the front door. Great dining experience.

Never been before but what a fabulous place . Great food great service and we were made to feel special which was great as we were celebrating our Anniversary. I would recommend a visit here what a thoroughly wonderful evening. The young people serving were exceptional and spent time chatting to you explaining the menu. Nothing was too much trouble . Very happy customers

Lovely evening, kind & courteous staff in an amazing setting. Main waitress was fab, food and drinks came quickly. Only issue was the table being cleared, empty plates were there 15/20 minutes after main meal was done.

Such a pleasant place to eat. Staff were outstanding. Welcoming and cheerful without being overbearing. The starters and dessert were superb. Loved my cocktail. We could not have had better service. Thoughtful. They anticipated but without spoiling our experience. The only slight disappointment was with the quality of the steak. It was perfectly eatable but not outstanding.
