   We came to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday and it didn’t disappoint. The food came quickly and was lovely and tasty. We all went for the flat iron steak which was great value for money. The service was first class, efficient and friendly! When they found out it was a birthday my daughter received a complimentary ice cream which was a lovely touch! A really lovely evening was had by all for a fabulous price that didn’t break the bank!! Thank you, we will definitely be back!!!!

   On the expensive side but very good quality food,very tasty and would visit again.

   Surroundings were good and were very clean. Level of music was too high, you had to raise your voice to speak above it, and it was nondescript and so did not add anything to the experience. Food was brought out too quickly - longer gap between courses would have been preferable (felt as though you were being rushed through). Quality of food served was good.

   The food was excellent. All four of us had different dishes and we all thoroughly enjoyed what we had The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Everything was spot on and we will certainly be eating there again when we return to York.

   Visited York cut and craft in February half term with grandson so disappointed, flat iron steak fatty and chewy , fish and chips just ok said I wouldn’t go back again! So pleased we changed our minds , visit today totally opposite great food and service excellent .
