First time here & came in for date night. Started with the bone marrow & toast with fig jam. This was my girlfriend’s favorite dish! She had their specialty drink that was like an espresso martini but more like a ferrero rocher martini. She would have preferred just a regular espresso martini the hazelnut threw her off. I had the cut old fashion, it was good to try. Sweet and smokey but at $19 felt it was a bit over priced. Would come back for their brunch to try the pancake old fashion at $16 which seems more reasonable. I had steak frites medium but was more medium rare which didn’t bother me. Few bites were chewy but the green sauce was amazing. Girlfriend had the ravioli and she enjoyed. Overall good food and drinks but prices likely higher than what you’d expect because I’m sure rent there isn’t cheap.

This was our first time dining at The Cut. It’s a beautifully decorated restaurant, with warm colors that create a great vibe for eating. The wait staff was excellent and the food was superb. We tried four of the small plates, including the whipped burrata, wings, beef bone marrow and edamame. Each plate was delicious. So delicious that we really couldn’t eat our entree that included steak frites and a Rueben sandwich. Everything was so darn good. And dessert, an apple cobbler, was baked fresh for us! You’ve got to give The Cut a try.

Very good service, friendly, helpful and attentive. Our first visit and will definitely return. Tater tots and sweet potato fries are delicious.

We were seated and then forgot about so we left. We even had a reservation- another couple came in after us and were brought drinks etc. we sat for over 20 minutes

The ambiance was okay, but the lighting needed improvement. Too much direct light . Service was excellent—friendly and attentive. Most dishes were delicious, but the steak was too tough. With better lighting and a more tender steak, this place could be fantastic.

Great menu, great service, trendy atmosphere. We spent a nice Valentine’s Day there. The food was really delicious. Room for improvement in the dining room. The sliding glass door was left open and it was very cold, so our food got cold.
