Located within walking distance to Salem Old Town Hall & Witch History Museum right in the heart of downtown Salem, The Derby is scratch restaurant focused on unique, locally sourced, American fare with great and unique cocktails and a vast selection of Draft Beer! We have large televisions throughout the restaurant, windows from ceiling to floor, and a beautiful patio for those warm days! Whether you are out to watch the game, catch up with old friends, or just enjoy a nice night out on the town, The Derby is here to meet all of your needs. Feel free to ask our team for recommendations if you are visiting form out of town... Salem is not just about the witches.
*Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm

First time visitor. The food was delightful! Shared a buffalo cauliflower and it was amazing! The portion was good size for 2 or more. The pork belly burger was great! Had to take 1/2 home. My friend had theFerby burger and couldn't finish hers either. Will be back for sure!

The best meal best waiter the best frozen drink and most of all they accommodate my son with food allergies !!! Highly recommend!!

Server Joe was super patient and polite. He never disappeared, even though we took our time ordering. Sunday Brunch was fab! Shared a Blueberry muffin and had Avocado toast and Breakfast Burger. Sadly, they were out of yogurt and berries. Food was delicious!

It was very chilly and very loud. Our waitress was very nice, good service. Food was very good, portions were large. I probably won’t be going back, the feel of the restaurant overall was just loud and cold. Not enjoyable for me.
