The Dick Whittington Tavern is an iconic pub in the Melbourne suburb of St Kilda. Trading since 1861, this traditional corner hotel continues to entertain locals and their loved ones, creating a colourful history as it does. Throughout the 150 years of trade, the building has been restored and its look changed, however it’s essence and love of a great time definitely hasn’t. The overall food was alright, but the service was amazing. We had a server named Lucas, and he was friendly, fast and accommodating.

This was a great experience for 4 of us. O am a local and like the Dick Whittington experience. I was hosting friends, one from Wollongong and two from Brunswick All of us were in praise of the experience. Furthermore, when I went to pay I realised the Senior Meals were from Tuesday to Friday. We were given this option, the Senior Meal deal on a Saturday. Was it due to the fact I’ve been here before? Thanks very much!

Hi, The food was delicious and well priced. A couple of noisey people speakly very loudly. I dont understand why the staff can't control that. We ate, then left. Thank you.

Main dining room is comfortable and there is plenty of space between tables. Low noise enabling conversation without having to raise ones voice. Friendly wait staff.

I've been there heaps in each section but hadn't sat to eat for a while and it was lovely and we had a great time. The two-three staff were so helpful and appeared to be going out of their way to work hard and get things clean for us and we felt very looked-after.
