   Everyone enjoyed sharing a meal together and our server Lu is absolutely amazing!!! She took care of 24 people in our party!!! Thank you. Betty Wolfrom

   The food was delicious and our server, Lou was amazing. Thanks again Lou for fantastic service. My husband ordered the Monte Cristo and the smell of the fresh mozzarella filled the room. I ordered the catfish poor boy, it was delectable and so big I had to take half home. We will be returning to The Diner at Web Gin very soon.

   The food is acceptable, but the place needs an overall facelift. The booths need replacing, and there is absolutely no ambiance here. Now I remember why I haven’t been back for so long. Our server was very sweet and attentive, but Snellville needs to do much better with individually-owned restaurants.

   Our overall experience was not great. We did enjoy our food and we enjoyed our seating, but we had absolutely horrible service. We were forgot immediately after being seated. Once the server finally realized that she was suppose to be serving us, she immediately tried to upsell us on the valentine's alcohol special that was running. Throughout our meal, service did not get better. She came by our table very little with very lengthy amounts of time in-between and forgot to refill drinks and brought us the check before we were even halfway done with our meal. We wanted to get dessert since the options looked so good online, but we really did not feel like spending any additional time or money at the restaurant since the service was so off-putting. It's really unfortunate, especially since we could see other patrons were receiving more attentive service by their servers. We felt like our server just gave up on even trying to attend to our table at all after getting off on the wrong foot. While we liked the food, we do not feel the lack of service justifies a repeat visit.

   We visited on Valentine’s Day and arrived at 8pm, as we had made a reservation. Unfortunately, our food took about an hour to arrive. While my sides were hot, my entrée was cold. The ambiance inside the restaurant was nice, but unfortunately, it wasn’t the best experience for our first visit. It seems like it was just an off night.
