The Dining Room Restuarant at the Hilton Short Hills Hotel - All of the charm… without the formality

The renowned casual restaurant, 'The Dining Room’ at the Hilton Short Hills Hotel is open for breakfast and lunch with a more relaxed, casual dining experience, suitable for special occasions or business gatherings.

Led by Executive Chef Richard Kennedy, our team of experienced chefs have created a contemporary American Bistro menu, sourcing Certified Angus Beef, small-plate portions, local ingredients and delectable homemade desserts.

In addition to our new menu, house specialties are offered daily including wine pairings from our wine list.

In keeping with the fresh, sophisticated style of the menu, the room has been enhanced with striking artwork by local artist Jim Inzerro, bringing a vibrancy to the space.

                                                                        Our waitress Anna was awesome ! When eating with a 3 year old for breakfast it’s a little more challenging on the wait staff , but Anna had it all under control ! Great food greater service a little pricey for the breakfast buffet $40 per head but you get what you pay for ! Excellent experience , the entire hotel was awesome for our family of 7 trip !

                                                                        My daughter and I celebrated “life”together. We stayed overnight and had a wonderful dinner here. It was a wonderful experience. My daughter is a vegan and she found a dish that she said was just wonderful. I would recommend this to everybody who enjoys a peaceful delicious dinner
