The Edison is a lavish Industrial Gothic-style destination for classic American fare, hand crafted -cocktails, exciting nightlife, and world-class entertainment. Thoughtfully re-imagined from a historic power plant, The Edison operates as a landmark restaurant, with three bars and many cozy lounges nestled in this multi-level venue. During the day, the Edison provides a playful dining family -style experience, but after 10 pm it transforms into an Adult-only venue focused on craft cocktails and Cabaret entertainment unique in Central Florida. Every night features a live band , singers and dancing and on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays costumed dancers, variety acts and a DJ make The Edison a real electric hot spot.

      Abigail was a fantastic server and very friendly. She was attentive to all our needs and had great recommendations from the menu.

      We’ve eaten at the Edison several times but it’s been over a year. The menu has shrunk and has very limited options. The recipes have changed as well. Very crowded and our party of four had a reservation. We were crammed at a small table in a tight space next to the stage. Music and entertainment were fine but loud. Seated at 6:15. Ordered quickly but waited over an hour for food. One burger was sent back because it was charred. Burger taste was odd (had a ham taste to it). Husband got the ny strip steak and said it was okay. $146 (not including tip) for 2 burgers, 1 steak, and 4 sodas. The fourth burger was taken off the bill since it was sent back and told not to make a new one since she really didn’t like it. We had a better burger at Red (type of bird) a couple of weeks ago for far less $$$. Waiter was as attentive as he could be but was stretched with too many tables. Family decided it was not worth a return visit. I wouldn’t recommend.

      we went on a Friday night, table of 6 8pm. reservation was right on time, waitress was very attentive. we had the grilled cheese with tomato soup!!! HUGE!!! large enough to share. the specialty drinks were good, not very strong though. the live music was a welcome Suprise and surprisingly not loud. you could still have conversations. only loud table was a bachelorette party, but... would go back!

      The breeze, short rib was the best meal I’ve had in a long time. The salmon was extremely dry. The fried pickles were super good and two of the four drinks were really good as well. Drinks took a while. I know they were busy, but it did take a minute the music was good, but there were so many intermissions. You didn’t really get much while you were there eating

      Pub style food was good for a nice sit down and live music was great! Service was good for how busy they were. Bar was slow to get the drinks over. Kids menu could use some more items.

      Worst service we have ever had at a Disney property establishment. Our server seemed annoyed from the beginning. He barely acknowledged us when he first approached the table, and never asked us if anybody wanted drinks. We had to request drinks multiple times, and each time he acted like we were annoying him. When he originally brought waters to the table he didn't even bring the right amount for the number of guests. When we got to placing our order, our food came out fairly promptly except for my husband's meal. When we inquired on where his meal was he finally came back and apologized stating the manager would be bringing it up as soon as it came out (he eventually implied he forgot to put it in). When my husband's food finally showed up, the rest of our guests had already entirely completed their meals. Then two couples within our group had wanted dessert. Which the server didn't even bother to take the order, it was done through the manager. When the dessert arrived (I went to the bathroom during this time) only one of the couple received their dessert. I was furious! Did I mention this was for my husband's birthday?! While I was in the restroom our table was informed that all drinks (none alcoholic) would be removed from the bill, as well as, my husband's and I entire meal except for my dish. When the bill arrived the server still charged for everything except the burger that was forgotten and the drink. I will definitely think again before eating at this restaurant. While the ambience and food was fantastic the horrible service made the overall experience decline dramatically.

      We were grateful that we arrived before our reservation time and were shortly accommodated with a table. It was the worst table in the restaurant. We had a cold draft he whole time and a poor view if the stage. We ordered and our food was undercooked and had to send back. My wife ordered 2 of the same drinks and the second was totally different from the first. The restaurant was uniquely decorated
