Led by a team of lifelong Chicago restaurant figures, The Evie is a locally-owned upscale dining destination located at the heart of the Magnificent Mile. Led by Partner George Archos (Wildberry Café), Chef-Partner Nick Nitti (Forno Rosso, Lucia Rose, Cucina 3 Italian), and Executive Chef Phil Rubino (Spiaggia, L2O, Cicchetti), the restaurant provides city locals and visitors a place to unwind and indulge while overlooking iconic Michigan Avenue. Named after George’s mother and daughter, the concept puts family at the forefront, with an emphasis on warm, Midwestern hospitality.

Evie offers full lunch/dinner and weekend brunch, presenting a menu of reimagined American classics and city favorites, spotlighting dishes like chef-crafted sushi rolls, freshly baked breads, Chicago-style Wagyu hotdogs, and USDA prime steaks. Complementing the menu, our dynamic beverage program weaves together seasonality and elegance, featuring an array of classic and craft cocktails, sake, beer & wine.

I don't understand why this restaurant has good ratings on Google. The grilled cheese for kids was made with Kraft slices. The fries also had pepper on them, which is spicy for kids. The prime rib eggs or subpar. The only good dish was the sushi that I ate. I most likely won't be going back there again, given that there are so many other better restaurants in the city.

the food was delicious! we enjoyed the evie burger and mag mile sushi roll and both were great!

Sushi was fantastic! The smoked carrots were delightful. Great ambience/location and service! Would go back.

Danielle was great but the prices for brunch items are much higher plus there’s an additional 3% charged without explanation that isn’t a tip

The Evie is a phenomenal new restaurant in the heart of Downtown Chicago with great views along the strip. My wife and I were in town celebrating her birthday and the service was the best we had received during our stay. I contacted the staff prior to reservations to accommodate for my wife and they did not miss a beat. Special thanks to the Evie crew, see you again soon.

We are repeat customers of The Evie for obvious reasons. While seating placement is not guaranteed, the hosts do a great job trying to balance our seating preferences in the midst of heavy traffic. Furthermore, the food and atmosphere consistently deliver a real nice dining experience. Last, but certainly not least, our servers are always knowledgeable and service oriented in providing an outstanding guest experience. On the occasion, we commend the great service provided by Lashai C! We’ll be back!

This is my favorite restaurant. The food is always good and the server was amazing. Although my friends’ scallops were overcooked our server immediately placed their orders a different meal for them.

The food was great and the staff was so nice , friendly, attentive & welcoming. I will definitely be back again . The salmon , kale salad and cornbread were a hit.
