    The food was generally of poor quality or preparation. While the deviled eggs and Poseidon eggs were quite good, it was mostly downhill from there. Some dishes came out with cold or near-frozen potatoes and had to be sent back. Other dishes showed up as the wrong entree and had to be reordered from the kitchen. Seasoning all around was on the bland side no matter the entree. Got comped some chocolate desserts, but even those were not satisfying (in this case too salty and the crème fraiche was off). Not sure if it was an off night due to Christmas Eve, but they certainly were not slammed or super busy. We won’t be returning.

    Had a really good first experience taking my family to this restaurant. Our waitress was wonderful. She kept us informed of everything I feel that we needed to be informed of. The food was in good portions, everything was well cooked, well plated, and served perfectly. Will definitely be back! Thank you to the falls and all of the staff

    Our table was ready for us immediately. Some of the brunch choices were not to our taste. The service was not great. But we were able to get a birthday dessert for my husband.

    We had an absolutely wonderful time. Lea, was the best server we’ve ever had. The food was great. I went with the brisket and ribs, along with Mac and cheese and brussel sprouts. My wife had a smash burger. The ribs were among the best I ever had.

    Great food and great service! Highly recommend for dinner or happy hour. The brisket, fried chicken, and the trout are particularly good dishes.

    We all enjoyed our meals- the pulled pork was quite good. One friend in our group really enjoyed his shrimp & grits. Another liked the pear salad. Outstanding service from Karen - thank you. Nice dining room but was moderately noisy.

    I’ve been to the restaurant several times. I Brought my husband and some friends last night. It wasn’t The best experience with the food. The kale was almost raw. The lobster bisque was overly salty. Unfortunately, our server, who couldn’t have been nicer, somehow confused my husband‘s and my drinks, resulting in my getting an alcoholic drink as opposed to a mocktail..

    The Falls menu is innovative and delicious. The tuna tartar is outstanding and so is the bread basket. I highly recommend the Falls.

    Just okay. Not particularly welcoming. Limited menu. Decent food. Wish I was still into bourbon. Like it but prefer gin or non bourbon cocktails.
