We are an American Style Restaurant with a French flair located in the beautiful Manchester Mills in Manchester NH.

**At this time we are excepting reservations for parties no larger than 6 people. There is no exception to this policy. Parties over 6 people may be booked by calling the restaurant. Any parties over 6 people will be sat at separate tables.

**We accept reservations for INSIDE DINING ONLY. Reservation made with patio requests do not guarantee an outdoor table will be available upon arrival and may require an additional wait time. Due to frequent changes in the weather we do not accept reservations for outside and all reservations are for inside dining with preferences noted.

**Due to limited seating availability there is a 2 hour time limit on all patio tables without exceptions.

Masks are mandatory during this time in the restaurant is non-negotiable, Thanks for your patience at this time while we focus on giving the best service possible.

We waited over an hour for food and we were in a time crunch heading to a show. One of the steaks was not done correctly and there was no time to send it back. Minimal check-ins from the waitress. I have been to the Foundry many times before and by far this was my worst experience, unfortunately I had brought 3 people who had never been before, they will likely never go back.

Having enjoyed my most outstanding restaurant experience in Manchester at the Foundry 2 years ago, I opted to take my out of town foodie friends there to celebrate our birthdays. I did not expect to exceed my first experience but that was the case last night. The magic of enjoying the late afternoon sun lighting up our table over the river view enhanced the welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant. Our server, Michaela, could not have been better. She gave us ample "space" to visit with each other while checking in on our drinks and eventually our meal. Our meals were outstanding- uniquely prepared with local farm raised ingredients. Completely unexpectedly when I asked for the check, our server brought it alongside a lovely trio of small chocolate fudge, each little plate with a unique candle. This despite our satiety from our meals was the icing on the cake of our experience. What a delight!

I absolutely love the foundry for dinner, but I don't know what all the excitement is regarding their Sunday brunch. It was below average at best. The food selections were typical buffet, and they ran out of some of their most popular items before noon. Maybe they were having an off day, but it was certainly not anything I would run back for.

The cost is still high.$170 for 4, w/o drinks) But we appreciate that you brought beef prime rib back instead of the previous beef. The variety of dishes and deserts was excellent. Some chafing dishes were not refilled often enough. Service was excellent.

Amazing place the food was delicious, the atmosphere was amazing. I really enjoyed that restaurant, I would go back in a heartbeat.

The food was great, but our waiter was not good at all. He knew nothing, and offered nothing. For example, "How is the venison pasta?" The response was that he did not know. And when I asked what they had for cognac after dinner, he said he didn't know if they had it, but he would get me a drink menu. Really? We are at dinner, spending nearly $300 before the tip, and the wait staff is bad? These are but two examples. There were many. It was as if it was his first night, but it was not. We asked. That was the only real disappointment. All else was good, but this needs to be corrected. For the price paid, the service should match the quality of the food.

My wife and I prefer to go earlier rather than later, because most establishments/restaurants, even the more upscale ones are so noisy that I can hardly hear across my own table. I honestly prefer to eat at home instead, but going around 4:00 pm makes all the difference! It was a very pleasant experience (all around) at The Foundry because we were early.

Never unsatisfied with dinner at this restaurant. The food is always good and the wait staff friendly and attentive. Always a good night when you go to The Foundry!
