                                                                                        Stopped by with a reservation though we didn’t need it. Had a great beer and cocktail selection. The food was solid and our server was very helpful. Overall, thumbs up!

                                                                                        I have been to the Foundry a couple of times. This visit I was a bit bored and wanted to shake things up. I asked the server if they could add shrimp to a Margarita Pizza. She checked in the kitchen and said yes. It was delightful. I love when a restaurant bend over backwards to accommodate a customer. I will be back!

                                                                                        Nice place and good happy hour drinks but the happy hour sliders were awful. They were one thin patty cut in half and then one have was cut in thirds for $12 - totally not worth it.

                                                                                        The Foundry is my go-to place when meeting friends half way from the South. It has stayed consistent in both food quality, which is delicious, and in friendliness and service of the staff. I’m a sucker for those brussel sprouts!

                                                                                        I was disappointed in their cocktails. When I asked for their signature Paloma and asked for them to not add "sugar" as listed under the ingredients our waiter said it was made from a mix. I asked for a Paloma made just with plain vodka, grapefruit juice and a splash of soda. He said no problem. What I got was the "mix" version because it had toasted coconut rum. Also listed in description. I drank most of it. I ordered a cucumber martini next, also from their signature cocktail list. It was terrible. Also made from a mix I expect. I had the pizza with fennel which was good. However, my companion ordered their sushi stack and some other raw fish. I smelled his fish as soon as they set it down. I don't eat sushi or any type of raw fish, but I have always heard if you can smell the fish strongly it is not fresh. I asked my friend how his was. He shrugged his shoulders and said "it's okay". He is not one to complain.

                                                                                        Food is always consistently good, service is not always as good as we would hope. Although background music is great, for brunch, it seemed a little loud for outside.
