                                                          Review for The Franklin Room – Chicago, IL ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (10/10) The Franklin Room is an absolute treasure in Chicago, and my girlfriend and I will never forget our experience there. I proposed during our dinner, and not only did she say yes, but the entire staff went above and beyond to make the evening extraordinary. The food was outstanding. She had the scallops, which were perfectly cooked and full of flavor, while I enjoyed the chimichurri butcher’s steak, which was tender and expertly seasoned. We paired our meals with tequila and vodka cocktails that were some of the best we’ve ever had in the city—complex, balanced, and memorable. A special thank you to Michael Lacson, the General Manager, whose leadership and dedication to excellence clearly shine through in every detail of the restaurant. From start to finish, Michael ensured that our evening was seamless, personal, and unforgettable. His commitment to hospitality turned an already special moment into something magical, and we are deeply grateful. We also want to recognize Dan, our incredible waiter, who made the evening flawless with his attentiveness, knowledge, and impeccable timing. He kept our glasses full and ensured every part of our meal was perfect. The Franklin Room delivered a night we will cherish forever. With its world-class service, phenomenal cuisine, and warm atmosphere, this place is truly one-of-a-kind. Thank you to Michael, Dan, and the entire team for making our proposal night unforgettable! We’ll be back to celebrate again soon!

                                                          I’ve been to The Franklin Room years ago and it was delicious. I went just today and it was even MORE delicious!! The service was phenomenal, every person we saw or talked to was warm, inviting, and personable. I 100% recommend going to The Franklin Room and I myself will go back. We had Jean serving us and she was absolutely amazing. She heard we were celebrating our anniversary and even brought us dessert! So sweet and thoughtful, I couldn’t be more impressed. I unfortunately didn’t catch the name of the person at the front seating everyone, but he was also amazing. He made sure to check in on us during dinner and notified Jean of our anniversary!

                                                          We absolutely love Franklin Room! They went above and beyond for a special request we made and it was just perfect. Michael and the whole staff are amazing, the food is outstanding and they make the best Manhattan in the city. 💗
