The George pays homage to the historic Georgian Room, a Seattle icon since 1924. Designed by renowned Spanish studio Lázaro Rosa-Violán, the space blends history with timeless aesthetics. Hand-painted tiles, Art Deco chandeliers, and marble floors enhance the ambiance, while floor-to-ceiling iron and glass doors and original Palladian windows complete the vision.     Celebrate love this Valentine’s Weekend with a romantic four-course dinner for two, starting with a Cherry Rose Spritz welcome cocktail and optional wine pairings. Savor sourdough with whipped butter, a beet coquette amuse bouche, Bibb and crab salad, upgrade your meal with oysters with strawberry granita, and a Champagne sorbet cleanser. For the main course, choose from artichoke barigoule, seared scallops with caviar beurre blanc, or beef tenderloin Oscar. End on a sweet note with a chocolate ganache tart topped with dulce de leche whip and Amarena cherries. Each couple receives a take home gift. Vegan, vegetarian, wine pairing options and our À la carte menu is available. Priced at $135++ with a 72-hour cancellation policy.

                                                                                                          First time here. We were seated immediately in a beautiful dining room. We ordered wine. Our server poured a little wine for us to taste, and it turned out the red wine had gone bad. She immediately opened another bottle which was very good. We started with the crab and artichoke dip which was very good. My companion ordered the beef bourgeon and I ordered the steak with a lobster tail on the side. Both were excellent. The bourgeon was full of meat and vegetables and the steak and lobster were prepared perfectly. Fudge cake for dessert with coffee. The best part of our experience was our server, Breana. She was professional and timely and very engaging.
