   Definitely worth the reservation! Lovely greeting by owners, made to feel welcome, plentiful options for drinks & food. Sunday Sharing Platter hit the spot with succulent chicken, medium rare beef, pork & perfect crackling. Lots of fresh vegetables & home made fluffy Yorkshire Puds - delicious! Asked if we wanted extra gravy or more veg which was lovely yet unnecessary for us. Other diners food from main menu looked as good. Food service wasn't fast however it meant it was a nice to relax, not be hurried for a change & everything cooked from fresh local produce. Sticky Toffee Pudding was perfect - right balance of sweet, fluffy sponge, hot sauce & icecream Will return - daily offers & specials

   Food was very good, however the bar was not manned all of the time and had to wait ten minutes and nobody was there so decided not to have another drink and sat back down and waited for the bill. Would definitely eat there again though.

   2nd time we've been here. Came last year and stayed overnight as a gift. Back again this year for our anniversary. Absolutely outstanding from the minute we walked in the day. Food is second to none and the staff are absolutely lovely. Great value for money also! We will be back again.
