Afternoon Tea, a decades-long tradition at The Brown Palace, is set amid the historic grandeur of the Atrium Lobby serenaded by a melodic piano. Guests enjoy a pot of properly brewed English tea accompanied by scones served with Devonshire cream and preserves, savory tea sandwiches, and a delightful array of classic tea pastries.

Palace Bar is open Tuesday through Saturday evenings. Sip on classic cocktails, wine, or a refreshing pint with charcuterie and other inventive dishes. Live music by The John Kite Jazz Quartet will complete an unforgettable and lively experience.

$10.00 per person for Vegan and / or Gluten- Free. Parties of five or more, please choose a maximum of three teas. Complimentary second plate of sandwiches included.       We loved our experience and this tea is an annual treat for us. The only issue was my tea pot kept spilling, rather than change out the tea pot, I had a mess with tea all over the table. I finally had to ask someone to change my pot. I was surprised that the server didn't think of that!

      Lovely experience,beautiful surroundings Food was delicious. Our server was very good, unfortunately a little overworked with so many tables. We will definitely return again 🤗

      It was so lovely, and all of the staff we interacted with were friendly and kind. I booked tea for two as a birthday celebration for myself and my cousin. They brought out a cupcake with a candle and timed the piano man to play happy birthday on the piano as they brought it out to me. It was so classy, and fun!

      Ambiance was lovely Tea/food was beautifully presented and delicious. Service was adequate but it was not very busy (likely due to weather) and staff were busy with larger tables. We had a 2 top and felt slightly overlooked. Will make it an annual tradition for me and my daughter.
