We were hoping to enjoy all the food this evening on NYE. We arrived at 10p for our reservation. We got the mingling offerings on the sides of the bar offered while we waited for our three table courses. By 11:45, we had still only received our first course of arancini (tasty!). We gave up waiting for the hummus after the couples next to us got served their food before we did. One of couples came an hour after us and were served promptly. We were there 105 minutes total and never received our second or third course. We enjoyed the live entertainment (Go Satin Dolls!) and DJ sets in between. But for $175 per person, we expected much quicker and attentive service.

I've been to The Green Room a few times since and it is always a fun and unique experience. Every time, there is are new dishes and cocktails to try. I tend to lean towards the tequila based cocktails such as the Tiffany's themed cocktail. The presentation was so special and the cocktail was fit the bill perfectly. More recently, we had the pleasure of attending on New Years Eve and The Green Room was the perfect blend of class and liveliness. We were able to get a reservation less than a week prior- The food was different than their regular menu so it felt a little more special than the holiday. I have a seafood allergy so I was also impressed that I was able to receive the same food but adjusted to my allergy (for example, sans a caviar topping). Our server Alexi was attentive and one of our new best friends :) The dance floor and DJ were fun and there were even surprise performances by a jazz singers and dancers that matched the decor and theme of the lounge. Overall it was a great place to celebrate NYE and the countdown and experience it was an experience I would highly recommend!

Amazing service and an amazing ambiance. I really loved going with my gf for our anniversary. We had the up-up—an-away. It was splendid and the presentation was immaculate. Truly was worth the money. I received a free drink as well which was a nice touch. Overall, this is a great option for date night or even a group.

I had a great first visit, but this second time was a frustrating experience. Food service was unacceptably slow. One item never came, and one of the other two that did make it was cold. Drink were good and the waitress did come check in frequently, but asking if we wanted to order anything else while waiting an hour for appetizers and seeing people who came in well after us get there food was in poor taste.

Food choices were limited, did not know that the menu had changed recently. Soda was flat, drinks were a little too sweet.... But the service was great.

Fantastic, Festive, Fun, Unique, and Christmas! The Castaway has created my new favorite place. We had 13 of us and our friends were so pleased with the ambience, the very unique cocktails with Great Presentations, the exceptional food which was quality and tasty and hot, and the attentive servers were always available but never hovering. Thanks so much! We will back Very Soon in the New Year!
