Our doors are open daily from 8am - 8pm Monday – Friday, and 10am - 8pm Saturday and Sunday, ready to serve you scrumptious breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner options. Overall experience wasn't great. We were waiting 25mins for food and we had to prompt a waiter to see where it was. Wrong order came out for my partner and when manager went to get right order (fish) there was none left. Bearing in mind we had waited so long in a restaurant that wasn't that busy, it was so disappointing. My order (lasagne) was ok,just ok, and the manager couldn't be nicer but the experience overall meant that we won't go back there. Having to prompt staff, when you're there so long with no food, isn't good service

Welcoming restaurant and waiters/waitress very pleasant. The food was OK.. Chips were batch cooked and kept warm which was disappointing. I had the chicken burger which was mediocre..

The service was exceptional, the food some of the best I’ve eaten.. the ambience was just perfect and cleanliness was excellent.. will definitely be eating there again!! Perfect venue for a pre theatre dinner!

Servers could be more attentive Not one asked if everything was satisfactory. Extra gravy was asked for but did not arrive and had to track done someone to pay. Would be better if servers were assigned certain tables, if they were they could be more aware. Food was good though, just service was let down

We pre booked a table, two adults and three children, we arrived early , our table was ready . Great service from waiting staff, really friendly. Great atmosphere, really buzzing. The food wasn't that great , great choice for the children , but the standard of food coming from the kitchen was poor, not fresh seemed like reheated food . I don't like giving a negative review , but the food wasn't great .

We had a pre theatre dinner which did just the job. The food was really good, the staff were very attentive and the surroundings lovely and comfortable.

Chistmas dinners came out cold on cold plates and veg came out 15 mins later. Not sure is it all new staff but they were plenty but not a clue what they were doing. Manager lovely guy got a lot of work to do . At the moment would not go back. Also kids had s pizza chip and chicken all nicely done. Ice cream for kids as going to show was cancelled as waiting over 30 mins . Yes we got our money back for 2 dinners one was sent back and other was barely touched.
