The server, got our order, the same dish × 4 wrong. This is after a discussion around the make-up of the dish. Consequently a long wait for our food and soggy underdone potato scallops.

My 11yo nephew and I had a brilliant breakfast. He was fascinated by the coffee roasting process, and the staff were so kind and showed him how it all worked. Best hot chocolate ever in a Rudolf glass, and all round yummy brekkie. Staff here are some of the best in sydney. Always happy and joyful.

The food was beautiful and location is fantastic. Unfortunately the service wasn’t great. It was really hard to order anything, even a bottle of water for the table. We felt abandoned by the staff. Also, the coffee I wanted wasn’t available, which was a little disappointing.

Everything about breakfast here is perfect. The best omelette I've ever had, great coffee and incredible service from everyone, no exceptions. Happy, helpful kind staff.

A very trendy eatery with great food and service. Right behind Redfern Station so easy to get to. Well worth a try, you will probably become a regular.

It’s a beautiful space, the food and coffee are great. However the service was way too slow, no where near enough staff for the number of tables. The staff themselves were all lovely, but just way too busy. The food is nice, but some of it was cold by the time it arrived. I feel the Grounds has expanded too far with this venue and there are other much better options in the Newtown/Redfern area.

Been here multiple times but the service the last time we went is the worst. Your attendant named David is rude and unprofessional. I dont know why he is working in hospitality if he has no patience to the guests. Very unfortunate that he is tarnishing the grounds brand.
