The Guild exemplifies a new and exciting take on the finest traditions of butchery, cookery and bar-keeping. The name is inspired by guild halls from the past, which served as a meeting places and secret societies for artists and merchants. Honouring local beef, game and fowl, and utilizing traditional cooking techniques over wood and coal, The Guild chefs are preparing a fitting homage to proud Canadian carnivores.

    Absolutely an incredible experience from the entry to the food and beverage order. It’s truly an experience dining there. Steaks were to perfection and OMG the Philo pastry Cheesecake was mind blowing. Do not waste another minute and get your reservation booked. Definitely worth the $$ and the Time

    Amazing experience. The dry-aged porterhouse was to die for. Everything was really good from the starters to dessert. Amazing service too. 5 stars restaurant.

    Empty restaurant. Terrible service. Table of 7 for a business dinner and no attention, got up on several occasions to place an order or get refills. Food was ok. Techno/electronic music didn't match the ambiance and was out of place.

    Fun atmosphere - a bit noisy but not to the point where you can't carry on a conversation. The food was very good - a touch on the expensive side - but that's pretty standard these days. The service was very slow, however the wait staff was apologetic about it. Would recommend.

    Excellent food and service. Tartare was generous and flavourful; house bread was very tasty with the garlic butter dip. Steak Frites cooked perfectly, no shortage of fries. Reasonable pricing compared to others locally. Will return!
