Usually a great experience, but today things were off with our meals. Calamari came out as one big clump and meals ok.

We are frequent patrons since they opened few years back food quality keeps going down and prices going up and menu getting smaller not that many choices but drink menu is getting bigger we tried to give them a try every time but it’s way expensive compared to other better options at the mall now $200 for lunch for 6 without appetizers or drinks or desserts Burgers and pizza

Food is always delicious and prepared well. Wait staff is courteous and attentive but not overly so. They always ask about food allergies which is so nice since many dishes may have something in them that only the chef knows about. Ambiance is very pleasant. Nice place to celebrate special occasions or host clients.

I’ve been to this location numerous times and while it’s never been 5 star service, yesterday was by far the worst I’ve experienced. Service was terrible. It took over 10 minutes for our server to acknowledge us, and over 25 min for our drink orders. The bartender had to leave his post at the bar to bring us our drinks and take our food order while our server attended to tables that were seated after us. We tried to use the QR code to pay at our table but the wrong ticket was assigned so we had to track down our server for the check which was the only prompt thing she did. I will not be back.

I’m not sure what was going on with service, our table and the one next to us were almost completely ignored by our server, a bar tender had to come over step in and take our orders. The salad one in our party ordered had extra things not listed on the menu which was a big issue due to food sensitivities, it was remade and still had things added. The manager removed the price from the bill & offered a free desert (which we didn’t take), but basically he couldn’t get away from us fast enough. This is our second time eating at this location, third for the franchise- I will be out last time.

Food and server were amazing as always. There were however kids running around my table which was not ideal. Other than that perfection.

Took my friend here for her birthday. We had a very fun waiter and we ordered a ton of food.. all was delicious.. the beet salad, truffle fries!! Monkey bread, Mac and cheese and the fried fish sandwiches and then we topped it off with the the coconut cream pie- YUM We plan on going back .. it was helpful they are located at old orchard so you can walk off your meal

Our server was wonderful. Our food was delicious Brussel sprouts and shrimp tacos. Tacos need a warning label for spice level. Really spicy hot!! Vanilla gelato was amazing especially after burning mouth on tacos. Put on our reservation we were celebrating an anniversary but no one seemed to look at it. That was the only disappointment otherwise everything was really good.
